As a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, finding balance in their lives, and achieve emotional well-being. With an open mind, I work alongside my clients to explore emotional challenges, build resilience, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to uncover strengths and break through barriers.
I work with individuals and couples facing various struggles, supporting them through: anxiety, depression, motivation and procrastination, self-esteem issues, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, and suicidal ideation. As an LGBTQ+ therapist, it is also important for me to support individuals who questioning or experiencing difficulties related to identity and/or orientation. My therapeutic approach is integrative, using techniques from various modalities and therapies, including person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), parts work, attachment theories, and mind-body connection, allowing me to customize each session to suit your unique needs and goals.
Creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel seen and heard is at the core of my practice. My aim is to empower you navigate challenges, build deeper self-awareness, and develop coping strategies that promotes long-term mental well-being. Whether you are seeking to address specific issues or are looking to understand yourself on a deeper level, I am here to walk with you on that journey. -
