  • Welcome, and thank you for considering taking this brave step in your healing journey. I specialize in trauma-informed counselling, offering a compassionate and supportive space where you can feel safe to process, heal, and grow. My work focuses deeply on helping individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse, and complex trauma, including those living with CPTSD and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID).

Trauma can shape how we see ourselves and the world, often leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we will work gently and collaboratively to unpack the layers of pain, develop strategies for grounding and resilience, and reconnect with your inner strength and wholeness. I understand the courage it takes to address trauma, and I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

In addition to my trauma work, I’m experienced in supporting individuals living with borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder – I recognize the unique challenges these conditions can bring and provide a compassionate, understanding space to help you navigate your experiences, build emotional resilience, and find balance.

I also work with couples to help them navigate challenges, improve communication, and deepen their connection. Whether you’re addressing conflict, exploring intimacy, or working through past wounds, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard and supported. Together, we will identify patterns, rebuild trust, and foster a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

I also have a deep commitment to supporting queer and trans clients. As a non-binary therapist, I provide an affirming, inclusive, and understanding space for exploring gender identity, navigating gender dysphoria, and moving through the transition process. Whether you’re finding your voice, seeking clarity, or working toward self-acceptance, I am here to help you feel empowered and affirmed in your journey.

For newcomers, refugees, and immigrants, I provide sensitive, trauma-informed support tailored to the unique challenges of displacement, war-related trauma, and adjusting to life in a new culture. Your resilience in the face of these challenges is extraordinary, and I am here to help you heal and create a sense of belonging.

I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs, including psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and supportive counselling. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and tailored to you – one where you can process your story at your own pace and move toward healing and growth.

Healing is not linear, and it takes courage to start. I honour that courage and invite you to connect with me if you’re ready to take the next step. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges, rediscover your strengths, and work toward a future where you feel more at peace, empowered, and whole.
