  • I specialize in relationships and trauma-informed psychotherapy, drawing upon extensive training in attachment theory, developmental psychology, and internal family systems therapy (parts work). My approach encompasses a deep understanding of how past experiences shape our present, empowering individuals to navigate their healing journey with curiosity and compassion. I also focus on the development of distress tolerance skills, helping individuals regulate their emotions using DBT and a greater understanding of their nervous system.
