Whether you’re searching for solid ground, a way forward, or a greater sense of meaning and connection in life, I will hold your story with dignity and non-judgment. I bring a gentle, focused attention to our time together, offering a space where you’re welcome to feel, talk about—and question—anything. I work with trauma (including early childhood/complex trauma), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions and other concerns.
I use a person-centred, integrative approach and see therapy as a process of exploration, growth and healing. I often draw from Internal Family Systems/parts work, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and emotion and body-focused therapies. As a relational, feminist therapist, I welcome all orientations, including queer and gender-diverse clients.
I bring my experiences accompanying people as a birth doula and being a parent, partner and caregiver to this work. Before I became a therapist, I taught literature, studied poetry and worked as a writer for many years. I have been active in my own healing work and embodiment practices for over a decade.
